Configuring the storage on the Velocity physical appliance

The appliance storage is configured once during the initial configuration of the appliance. To reconfigure the storage, you first need to perform a factory reset.
To configure the appliance storage
Log onto the Velocity shell menu.
From the Main_Menu > Manage > Storage view, type the following command to configure the storage:

The appliance checks the storage for preexisting configurations and data. If a preexisting storage configuration is detected, you have the option to reuse it or continue on and create a new one.
When the appliance is ready to configure the storage, type yes and press Enter.
