CloudLink requires a Windows service account for the ArchiveTools CloudLink Server service to run under. CloudLink uses this account to access Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
To create a CloudLink service account for an Exchange environment
Create a Windows domain user account with a non-expiring password.
Add the account to the local Administrators group on the computer on which CloudLink is installed.
Add the account to the Domain Admins group.
As part of configuring your Exchange servers for CloudLink you must assign the required permissions for the CloudLink service account.
